Cancellation Policy
1. The service provider (“GMP Event Services”) agrees to provide event-related services including, but not limited to: • Event planning and coordination • Audio/visual equipment rental • Venue setup and breakdown • Staffing services (e.g., waitstaff, security, etc.) Specific services will be detailed in the client contract. 2. Booking and Payment • A non-refundable deposit of$350 is required to secure the date and services. • Full payment must be made 10 days before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, etc.]. Failure to Pay: Non-payment will result in service cancellation. Late payments may accrue interest at a rate of 10% per month. 3. Cancellations and Refunds • Client cancellations made: a) More than 20 days before the event – Partial refund available (minus deposit and costs). b) Less than 10 days before the event – No refund. • Force Majeure: If services cannot be rendered due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), a rescheduling option will be offered, subject to availability. 4. Changes to Event Plans • The Client may request changes, including dates, locations, and services, 10 days in advance. • The Company reserves the right to approve or deny such requests,
