    •    Late payments may be subject to additional fees or cancellation of services.

3. Content Creation and Filming

    •    Clients must provide a clear brief and obtain all necessary releases or consents from participants appearing in any production.

    •    GreenMachine retains the right to refuse content that promotes hate speech, violence, or any illegal activities.

    •    Final project ownership and licensing rights must be defined in a separate agreement before work begins.

    •    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GreenMachine reserves the right to use portions of produced content for promotional purposes.

4. Private Events and Parties

    •    Private events must comply with local noise ordinances, fire codes, and venue capacity regulations.

    •    The client is responsible for any damages caused by guests, vendors, or third parties.

    •    Alcohol and other controlled substances may only be used as permitted by law and in accordance with our venue policies.

    •    Security may be required for certain events at the client’s expense.

    •    Facilities, including studios and equipment, must be used responsibly and in accordance with provided guidelines.

    •    Clients are liable for any damage to equipment or property during their usage period.

    •    Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of resource materials is prohibited.
